What is LDC?

Leadership and Development Conference (LDC) is a seminar, designed for people between the ages of 18 and 35.

Through a transformative journey that explores past influences, present challenges, and future possibilities, LDC aims to inspire participants to become confident, culturally aware leaders who can effectively contribute to their communities and beyond.

The conference will enable delegates to realise their leadership potential through a range of activities and guest speakers from all around New Zealand.

The NZCA Leadership and Development Conference 2025 is a transformative empowerment journey, connecting to and exploring your identity as both a Chinese New Zealander and an emerging leader.
