Our Focus
Identity
At LDC, we want to give you the opportunity to understand yourself through discovering your ‘inner compass’. Whether that be your identity, values, confidence or personal direction - to enable you to lead authentically. Explore your identity as both a Chinese New Zealander and an emerging leader.
Inspire
Our purpose is to bring you all together to connect, learn, and use your new found ‘North’ to lead authentically and with confidence, while also inspiring others to do the same. You’ll get the opportunity to listen to amazing leaders in our community and take part in leadership activities.
Impact
A unique opportunity to gather with others in your New Zealand Chinese community. Join a dynamic community of emerging leaders.
Be part of a movement, applying learnings to drive a positive change in our community and beyond, nurturing interpersonal connections, self-understanding, and collective relationships within our community.
